Area authorities are investigating a crash at I-30 in Garland, TX on November 1st, 2023. Police say it happened around 10 p.m. According to investigators, a tractor-trailer operated by 70-year-old Bruce Selman was eastbound on I-30. At the same time, a second tractor-trailer was also eastbound attempting to merge into a shoulder.
