Authorities are investigating an incident that killed a pedestrian at I-35 in Frio County, TX on April 25th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 2:54 a.m. According to investigators, a vehicle is alleged to have failed to remain in its lane before going int oa skid and striking the side of a commercial vehicle parked with active hazard lighting. Authorities ay the impact caused an individual nearby the vehicle to be struck. Following the impact, the initial suspect vehicle fled the scene withouts stopping to render aid. The individual who was struck, identified as 57-year-old Bryan Heath Miller, was fatally injured. Authorities did not have any additional information available.
