What Happened

Officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at FM 529 in Harris County, TX on August 25th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 8:24 p.m. According to investigators, a Chevrolet Silverado headed eastbound on FM 529 is alleged to have collided with the rear of a Toyota Camry, allegedly due to driver distraction. Following the collision, reports indicate the impact caused the Toyota to strike the rear of a Toyota Highlander before the Chevrolet allegedly left the scene.
