Police say the incident happened around 8:16 p.m. According to investigators, a Chevrolet C1500 operated by a 31-year-old Silsbee is believed to have been headed westbound on Delaware St. At the same time, police say a Ford F-150 operated by 41-year-old Calvin Joseph Pete, was traveling southbound on Concord, nearing Delaware St. Police allege the Chevrolet ran a red light at the intersection, colliding with the Ford. They say Pete suffered injuries believed to be non-life-threatening in nature. A 12-year-old child in the Chevrolet has possible injuries, according to officials, while the driver was not injured.
