Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a person at US 180 in Weatherford, TX on June 7th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 3:48 a.m. According to investigators, a Honda Civic operated by 23-year-old Cameron Jean Cook was headed westbound on US 180 at an alleged high rate of speed before it collided with a tractor-trailer turning from Industrial Blvd. The collision caused Cook serious injuries. The truck driver, 63-year-old John Lamar Hicks, was not injured.
