What Happened

Houston authorities have charged a driver in a connection with a crash at US 290 in Houston, TX on July 29th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 1:25 a.m. A pickup truck operated by Cahleb Moser is accused of colliding with a motorcycle operated by Carl Bumgarner. The truck left the scene and Bumgarner suffered fatal injuries as a result of the collision. Moser was later arrested and charged with Intoxication Manslaughter.
