Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at US 67 in Texarkana, TX on September 13th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 1:54 p.m. A tractor-trailer operated by a 28-year-old Larto, LA man was in a middle lane of travel and performed a left turn into the path of a Hyundai Sonata operated by 63-year-old Carl Harvin. The vehicles collided and Harvin suffered minor injuries. The other driver was not injured and charged with Failure to Perform Designated Lane Movement.
