Area authorities have identified a person at Lake Olympia Pkwy in Missouri City, TX on March 12th, 2022. Officials say the incident involved a vehicle occupied by 18-year-old Carl Spivey III was on Lake Olympia Parkway when the vehicle was struck by a second vehicle the failed to yield right of way. The impact caused the vehicle to overturn, causing Spivey fatal injuries at the scene. Investigators allege that the other driver, 38-year-old Ashley Maslak, was possibly under the influence of alcohol at the time of the collision and say she is being charged with murder.
