Police say the incident happened around 10:50 p.m. According to investigators, a Chrysler 300 headed southbound on Navigation is alleged to failed to have stopped for a red light before colliding with a Toyota Corolla headed eastbound on Old Brownsville Rd. Authorities say the driver of the Toyota, identified as 43-year-old Carlos Garza, was seriously injured.
