Police say the incident happened around 6:42 p.m. A Chevrolet Tahoe operated by 31-year-old Clinton Royce Long was accused of traveling recklessly before failing to give half the road and colliding with a Dodge Grand Caravan operated by 54-year-old Carlos Hernandez Perez. Perez suffered serious injuries. Long was not injured and charged Driving While Intoxicated and Hit and Run.
