What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that killed a man at Hwy 191 in Midland, TX on December 8th, 2022. Police say it happened around 6:30 a.m. According to investigators, a vehicle operated by 35-year-old Carlos Reyes was headed eastbound on Hwy 191 when it lost control and began to go into a skid.
