Police have details on a collision that killed a man at I-10 West in El Paso, TX on June 3rd, 2023. Officials say the incident happened following a single-vehicle crash involving the victim. Police say following the collision, the victim and a passenger exited the vehicle and were allegedly arguing when one may have attempted to attack the other. The victim is said to have fallen into oncoming traffic in the process and was struck by two oncoming vehicles. The passenger believed to be involved fled the scene following the collision while the victim suffered fatal injuries. Police identified the victim as 29-year-old Carlos Vargas.
