Police are saying the incident happened around 11:11 a.m. A vehicle believed to be a Kia Spectra reportedly ran a red light at the intersection with Howard Ln, colliding with an Acura TLX operated by 54-year-old Caroline Moreno Astran. Investigators say the driver of the Kia was seen removing personal items from the vehicle before leaving the scene on-foot without exchanging information with or checking on Astran.
