San Antonio Police are investigating a collision that killed a pedestrian at Deerwood Dr in San Antonio, TX on August 13th, 2021. Police say it happened around 10:30 p.m. A vehicle operated by a 65-year-old man was reportedly dropping off a passenger at her apartment after, according to police, previously going out for drinks with his passenger. As he was reversing from the parking space, the vehicle struck the passenger, identified as 70-year-old Carolyn Elaine Bullard. Bullard suffered fatal injuries in the collision. The driver was later arrested and charged with Intoxication Manslaughter.
