The vehicle is alleged to have performed a u-turn before running a red light and proceeding into an interaction and colliding with a Toyota Camry. Reports say the impact pushed the Tahoe onto the sidewalk where it struck a pedestrian. The pedestrian, identified as 61-year-old Carrie Mitchell, was fatally injured in the incident.
