Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at State Hwy 21 in Caldwell, TX on March 18th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 1:40 p.m. According to police, a tractor-trailer operated by a 39-year-old man was headed eastbound on TX 21 when it allegedly disregarded a stop and go signal and collided with a Hyundai Sonata operated by 43-year-old Catherine Jane Romero. Romero suffered minor injuries. The truck driver was not injured and issued a Disregarded Red Signal charge.
