El Paso Police are investigating a crash that killed a person at McCombs St in El Paso, TX on June 18th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 10 p.m. According to investigators, 48-year-old Cecil Blesh O'Neal III was reportedly crossing the southbound lanes of McCombs when he was struck by what police believe was a Mitsubishi sedan.
