Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a person at  I-20 and Cotton Flat Rd in Midland, TX on January 15th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 5:44 p.m. and involved a Chevrolet Silverado operated by 24-year-old Cesar Lozoya. Investigators say the truck lost control and ended up crashing into a road sign and light pole before Lozoya allegedly fled the scene. According to reports, he was seriously injured in the crash.
