Officials say the incident happend around 10:19 p.m. According to investigators, an Infiniti M35 headed eastbound is alleged to have left its lane of travel for unconfirmed reasons. Officials say the vehicle hit a curb and overturned in a grassy area, leaving 31-year-old driver, Cesar Mejia Baez, seriously injured. Reports say Baez was taken to an area hospital with injuries he died from shortly after arrival.
