Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a man at Business 121 in Lewisville, TX on November 14th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 3:54 a.m. According to investigators, a commercial truck was headed eastbound in a left lane before attempting to turn left onto a frontage road. While doing so, police say the vehicle collided with a Toyota Corolla proceeding through the intersection. It was alleged the truck may have failed to yield right-of-way before the collision, which left 42-year-old Toyota operator, Cesar Vasquez, with serious injuries.
