Texas Department of Public Safety officials have information related to a crash that killed a driver at Liberty Grove and Peninsula Dr in Dallas, TX on August 21st, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 2:02 a.m. A GMC Sierra operated by 54-year-old Charles Hale Jr was traveling northbound on Liberty Grove when the vehicle was said to have lost control before crashing into a tree. Investigators say a witness told them Hale had been allegedly drinking at a bar prior to the accident. Hale suffered fatal injuries in the collision.
