Area authorities are investigating a crash that killed a person at FM 529 in Harris County, TX on September 30th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 12:22 p.m. According to investigators, a motorcycle operated by 50-year-old Charles Kirkland was headed westbound on FM 529 as another vehicle was exiting a private driveway. The exiting vehicle is accused of failing to yield right of way before the motorcycle collided with the side of the vehicle after attempting evasive action.
