San Antonio Police are investigating a crash that killed two people at Loop 410 and NW Military Hwy in San Antonio, TX on January 13th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 5:30 a.m. A pickup truck is said to have lost control before going up a metal guardrail and sliding along a concrete wall. Investigators believe the driver may have fallen asleep or was distracted while driving. A man and woman in the vehicle were hospitalized with injuries they died from. They were later identified as Charles West and Stacey West. Additional information was not available.
