Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at I-35 and Kyle Pkwy in Kyle, TX on June 29th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 5:43 p.m. A Ford Escape operated by 46-year-old Charles Williams Sr reportedly failed to control its speed and collided with the rear of a Chevrolet Volt operated by a 42-year-old Austin man. The Austin man was not injured. Williams suffered serious injuries. Additional information was not immediately available.
