Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a person at FM 317 in Henderson County, TX on March 6th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 4:56 p.m. According to investigators,  Ford Taurus operated by 62-year-old Cheryl Rogers, was headed eastbound on FM 317 when it veered from the road at a curve. It then veered into an embankment before overturning. Rogers, who officers allege was intoxicated at the time of the collision, suffered serious injuries. Records indicate a Driving While Intoxicated was recommended or issued.
