Area authorities have information on a crash that injured at least three involved at US 62 in Lubbock County, TX on January 4th, 2024. Police are saying it happened around 7:20 a.m. According to investigators, a Honda Pilot, operated by 28-year-old Cheyenne Bilberry, was westbound on US 62. Reports allege a tractor-trailer failed to yield at the FM 400 stop intersection, proceeding forward and colliding with the Honda. The Honda was pinned under the trailer of the truck in the crash, which left Bilberry seriously injured, according to reports. Reports also indicate two child passengers in the Honda, ages 2 and 1, had non-life-threatening injuries. The truck operator, who was not publicly identified, was allegedly uninjured.
