Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a child at FM 521 in Fort Bend County, TX on September 15th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 3:14 a.m. According to investigators, a Volkswagen Jetta headed northbound is alleged to have struck the rear of a Nissan Altima before allegedly fleeing the scene.
