Police haver information on a crash that killed a child at Bammel North Houston Rd in Harris County, TX on December 1st, 2024. Sources are saying a vehicle allegedly operated by Joel Gonzalez Chacin was involved in a collision with another vehicle that occurred under unclear circumstances. Reports indicate a 7-year-old passenger in the vehicle that was struck was hospitalized with injuries she later died from.
