Sunnyvale Police are investigating a collision that killed a child at Hwy 80 near Collins Rd in Dallas, TX on March 16th, 2025. Reports allege a Ford F-250 operated by 33-year-old Dakota Chase rear-ended a vehicle occupied by Jasmine and Jamel Cleveland and their three children. One child, age 4, suffered fatal injuries while both others, ages 2 and 6, were hospitalized with serious injuries. Reports further allege Chase was arrested on charges of Intoxication Manslaughter and Intoxication Assault.
