What Happened

Houston Police are investigating a crash that killed a child at Eastex Fwy in Houston, TX on July 18th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 3 a.m. A vehicle reportedly traveling in the wrong direction for unknown reasons collided head-on with another vehicle. The wrong-way vehicle caught fire and the driver died at the scene. Two adults and three children in the other vehicle were hospitalized with serious injuries.
