What Happened

Waxahachie Police are investigating a crash that killed a child at Boz Rd in Waxahachie, TX on September 17th, 2023. Police say the incident happened as an ATV headed westbound on Boz Rd may have missed a stop sign before colliding with a pickup truck at the intersection at Greathouse Rd. The collision left a 12-year-old passenger of the ATV with fatal injuries. Five others, including the driver and a passenger in the pickup truck, were also hospitalized with injuries.
