What Happened

Authorities have information on a crash that injured a driver at County Rd 519 in Bee County, TX on June 17th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 12:20 a.m. According to investigators, a Chevrolet Camaro operated by 19-year-old Christian Kempf is believed to been headed northbound on County Rd 519, approaching a curve in the roadway. The vehicle is said to have lost control before leaving the roadway, striking a road sign and overturning. Police say Kempf had serious injuries and say there were no other injuries reported.
