Area authorities are investigating a crash that left three people dead at US 82 in Guthrie, TX on September 30th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 2:16 p.m. According to investigators, a Toyota Corolla headed westbound before leaving the roadway for unclear reasons, traveling into a shoulder. At some point, the vehicle is said to have entered an eastbound lane before colliding with a Ford F-250 towing a trailer. Officials say three occupants of the Toyota suffered fatal injuries. They were identified as 32-year-old Christian Trattles, 27-year-old Ashley Peppers and young child passenger. Police say the driver of the Ford, identified as 40-year-old Michael Dunn, suffered injuries believed to moderate in nature before he was hospitalized for treatment.
