What Happened

Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at FM 1960 in Harris County, TX on March 28th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 10:05 p.m. According to police, a Nissan Altima operated by 43-year-old Christin Proctor was headed westbound on FM 1960 while a Dodge Avenger operated by a 23-year-old Houston man was headed westbound in an adjacent lane. The Altima is said to have changed lanes when unsafe and collided with the Avenger before veering into a concrete curb. Proctor suffered serious injuries while the other driver suffered possible injuries. Reports indicate a Driving While Intoxicated charge was recommended and/or issued.
