What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that killed a person at Buckner Blvd in Dallas, TX on October 30th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 5:35 p.m. According to investigators, a Hyundai Sonata operated by 36-year-old Christopher Allen Brown was headed southbound on Loop 12 before veering from its lane for unknown reasons. The vehicle somehow ended up allegedly traveling eastbound in the northbound lanes before colliding with a Dodge Ram operated by a 25-year-old Dallas man. The impact caused the Hyundai to also strike a concrete barrier. Brown was taken to an area hospital with injuries he later died from. The other driver was evaluated for possible injuries.
