Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a person at I-40 in Oldham County, TX on February 25th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 11:35 p.m. Investigators say a Dodge Ram 2500 operated by a 37-year-old Perryton man was headed eastbound in a westbound lane of travel before colliding with a commercial truck and Chrysler Pacifica. The driver of the Chrysler, identified as 47-year-old Christopher Bouse, suffered serious injuries in the collision. The Perryton man, who authorities allege was intoxicated while driving, had minor injuries. Authorities recommended a charge of Intoxication Assault.
