Police say the incident happend around 8:32 a.m. According to investigators, a GMC Yukon headed northbound on County Rd 3963 is alleged to have failed to yield before proceeding into the intersection with County Rd 1360. There, reports say the vehicle was struck on the side by an approaching Ford F-250. Officials say the driver of the Ford, identified as 47-year-old Christopher Brezina, was seriously injured.
