Authorities are investigating a crash that injured a driver at Wurzbach Pkwy in San Antonio, TX on May 21st, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 12:06 a.m. According to investigators, a Honda Odyssey is said to have collided head-on with a Honda Civic. Authorities allege the driver of the Odyssey, who was not publicly identified, was under the influence of alcohol at the time of time of the collision and allegedly uninjured. The driver of the Civic, identified as 30-year-old Christopher Cabral, was fatally injured. A 26-year-old passenger, identified as Marsha Stewart, was seriously injured. Sources indicate the Odyssey operator was charged with Intoxication Manslaughter and Intoxication Assault.
