Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that killed a driver at Westgreen Blvd in Harris County, TX on September 17th, 2021. They say the incident happened around 10:50 p.m. A Toyota Scion operated by 22-year-old Christopher Isai Martinez was headed northbound on Westgreen Blvd when the road came to a dead end marked with a barricade. Investigators say the vehicle drove through the barricade and over the edge of a bayou before landing in an embankment. Martinez, who is alleged to have been under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash, suffered fatal injuries.
