Harris County Sheriff's Office authorities are investigating a collision that killed a teen at Champion Forest Dr in Spring, TX on January 2nd, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 2:45 a.m. Initial investigation suggests that a Chevrolet Camaro headed northbound was reportedly speeding prior to crashing into a road sign and embankment wall. A front seat passenger, 18-year-old Christopher Lujan, died at the scene.The driver, age 17 , as well as two passengers, were hospitalized with undisclosed injuries. Police say the driver displayed signs of impairment and faces a felony murder charge and two counts of intoxication assault charges.
