Authorities are investigating an incident that killed a driver at Broadway St in Rockport, TX on February 18th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 1:47 a.m. According to investigators, a Ford F-150 headed northbound is said to have left the roadway while on a bridge, sideswiping a tree and a fence. Reports say a board from the fence struck the windshield and struck the driver, identified as 52-year-old Christopher Swanson, before entering into a canal.
