Authorities are investigating a cash that injured a driver at I-35 in Schertz, TX on November 13th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 2:17 a.m. According to investigators, a Chevrolet Malibu was in a shoulder, allegedly with active hazard lights, while out of gasoline. A southbound Chevrolet HHR approached and changed lanes, sideswiping the disabled vehicle in the process. The disabled vehicle was also struck by a second Chevrolet Malibu, reports say, operated by 29-year-old Christopher Terry. Terry was seriously injured, police say, while the drivers of the other vehicles had possible injuries. Reports indicate the driver of the disabled vehicle was charged with Intoxication Assault.
