Area authorities are investigating a collision that injured a driver at I-610 in Houston, TX on April 18th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 9:20 p.m. Investigators believe a commercial truck operated by a 51-year-old Elkhorn, NE man was headed westbound on the service road when it reportedly ran a red light at the intersection with Buffalo Speedway, colliding with a Nissan Sentra operated by 36-year-old Christopher Terryl Theirry. Theirry suffered serious injuries in the collision. The Elkhorn man was not injured and cited for Ran Red Lights.
