Police say the incident happened around 2:44 p.m. According to investigators, a motorcycle was headed northwest on County Rd 1219, approaching a Cadillac headed southeast. Reports allege the Cadillac stopped in order to avoid a collision before the motorcycle began to slow, under unclear circumstances.
