The vehicle is said to have crossed a center turn lane into the southbound lanes before colliding with a Toyota Tacoma operated by 59-year-old Colin Tipton. Officials say both Tipton and a 49-year-old passenger, 49-year-old Katherine Tipton, may have been injured in the crash.
