Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured three construction workers at North Houston St in Dallas, TX on October 31st, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 8:44 a.m. Officials say as construction workers were performing work at a work site, a passenger vehicle is said to have traveled into their work site. The workers were reportedly in an underground area, where the vehicle fell into the area, striking at least three of the workers.
