Authorities are investigating a crash that injured two people at State Hwy 94 in Lufkin, TX on July 5th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 9:52 a.m. According to investigators, a Chevrolet Silverado C2500 was southbound on North John Redditt Dr before allegedly running a red light and colliding with a westbound Nissan Frontier. Authorities say the driver of the Nissan, identified as 45-year-old Cory Haggard and 40-year-old passenger, Valerie Haggard, were both seriously injured. The other driver was not publicly identified and allegedly uninjured. Sources indicate that driver was cited for Running Red Light.
