What Happened

Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at  US 82 in Bowie County, TX on November 7th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 6:36 a.m. A Toyota Corolla operated by 29-year-old Courtney Davidson is accused of colliding with the rear of a commercial truck stopped in dense fog conditions. Investigators state that road visibility was limited due to the fog and that Davidson suffered serious injuries in the collision. The truck driver, a 28-year-old Panama City Beach man, was not injured.
