What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a woman at Lemmon Ave in Dallas, TX on March 18th, 2022. Police are saying it happened around 1:41 a.m. According to their investigators, a Land Rover Sport operated by 24-year-old Jonathan Mykal Wright was headed northwest on Lemmon Ave prior to colliding with a Ford Escape operated by 31-year-old Courtney Wilson. Police say the Land Rover operator claimed to have a yellow traffic light while the Ford operator claimed to have a green traffic light prior to the collision. Responding officers say they were not able to determine which vehicle had a green or red traffic light. Wright was evaluated for possible injuries while Wilson was reportedly seriously injured.
