Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at Mountain Creek Pkwy in Dallas, TX on August 5th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 11:09 p.m. A tractor-trailer operated by a 46-year-old unknown male driver was headed northbound on Mountain Creek at a raised median. The truck began to turn into a private drive and failed to yield while doing so, leading to a Mercedes-Benz operated by 31-year-old Craig Daniel Wofford to strike the truck. Wofford suffered minor injuries in the collision. The other driver was uninjured.
